Origin
Agora began as a conviction, not a company. Across years inside other teams — small startups and large organizations alike — we kept seeing the same thing: quality and accessibility treated as the phase you rush at the end, when the cost is highest. We'd fixed enough of that damage to know it was avoidable. So we built the studio we'd have wanted to hire — one where the people who build software and the people who prove it work side by side, close to you, and fast enough to matter.
What we bring
We build software, and we prove it — to one standard. Engineers who build web and platform products, and engineers who audit and harden them, working to the same verifiable bar. Most studios do one or the other. Doing both is why our builds hold up under inspection, and why our audits come from people who've actually shipped — not only tested.
Why accessibility leads
Accessibility isn't a line we added because US law now demands it — though it does. We lead with it because we don't believe software is finished, or genuinely high-quality, if it leaves anyone out. Building well means building technology everyone can use — access without exclusion. The compliance pressure is real, and we take it seriously; but the conviction came first.
How we show up
Senior, and close. You work directly with the people doing the work — no account managers, no handoffs to a team you never met. We move fast without cutting the corners that come back later: quality and accessibility are engineered in, not bolted on. The work is led by an ISTQB-certified QA Architect with 10+ years in quality engineering and accessibility.
Evidence over introductions
We work under NDA, so we let the work speak rather than a wall of logos: accessibility and quality delivered across public-sector, fintech, and aviation platforms in North and South America — and this site itself, held to the exact standard we sell.
